Throughout my years in multi-national organizations, I have been working closely with leaders from different backgrounds.  I have helped by being able to view big picture in an objective manner and subsequently offer insight to support them.

I regard every leader as a person: the individual comes first, followed by her position and role in the organization. This perspective helps me remain partial and genuine in supporting my clients to be the leaders they want to be.
